Ken, I spent this afternoon digging a ditch....can you believe it? My wife and kids decided we needed a little pond in the back yard. What beautiful weather we're having.

Thanks for bringing me up to date on EXSO. No word on the CFO and his accomplishments?

Cade appears to be at an important interval.

Insiders have been buying and that is a good sign. Terrell Ruhman and Conrad Goodkin have bought shares in several transactions from Nov. to Feb. Only one mutual fund owns shares. DFA US NINE-TEN Small Co. Fund established a small position in Nov. Seven Institutions hold 9.92% of the outstanding shares as of December 31,1997.

Cade is not a tiny company anymore. Since we originally looked at it, the company has grown tremendously. Cade's numbers up to now have demonstrated increased sales of jet engine and airframe parts, as well as improved aircraft repair and overhaul activity. Earnings have consistently improved, but the company has not been able to generate sufficient improvement in their profit margin.

The Cenco acquisition appears to be a good move. We'll see when the earnings come out as you noted. Cade has continuosly improved the profit margin, but this number as last reported was still low in comparison to the industry. I believe that if the bottom line improvements begin to mirror the revenue improvements, intitutions will start to find this stock I wonder if CADE is concidering a reverse split at this time.

By the way, CADE's Website is excellent for anyone trying to learn about the co. Did they steal anything from the first DIS report? It sure looks like it on one page.
