To All, I am confident that this will work out as soon as the details are completely known. This is not a hostile takeover. This is a negotiation in progress with some private agreements already in place. The company is aggressive but not stupid. FAMH and its industry reputation is on the line here. Management is seemingly staking their entire future on this move. DON'T PANIC. The facts are not all in yet. Those Bloodsucking worm MM's don't need to make a fortune on Monday if you don't let them. I wouldn't be surprised to see a press release before the bell on Monday. I also wouldn't expect to see any posts show up from ITF. If my guess is correct, he and his staff or already in Minneapolis working on a joint press release. Remember, these CEO's and Presidents have Millions wrapped up in this. We are small sacks of potatoes compared to what they have on the line. I for one have gone back over all of my notes, Over Brad and Cheryl's notes and FIRMLY BELIEVE this is only a ploy to gain street attention and instant stock price appreciation. Jake and Leroy have visited IRA and some FAMH offices, as have other thread members and talked with company representatives. We have verifiable evidence from first hand observers that this is NOT another BRE-X. I say one more time DON'T panic on Monday. I plan not to spend my weekend on this damned computer. Did it all day yesterday and most of the last two weeks. I'm giving it a break because there is nothing we can do. I don't plan to come back and reread every post from now until I return - but I'd appreciate any crucial info being privately mailed to me so than I can just pick up on it without having to pour over the thread for it.
