Excellent price step up action all day..volume was slow but there continued to be slight price increases all day. Especially in the last 90 minutes when approx 40% of the day's 184,000 shares were traded and 50% of the trades occurred...at about 2:30 the bid price began to be higher than the last sold price --- a good sign. By day's end ISLI was at its high for the day of 17 3/4.

I believe today's pattern bodes well for continued ISLI strength.
