Correct me if I'm wrong, but Did n't Telecom Finland junk a whole Stratacom
Network in favor of a CSCC/ASND solution too before AT&T hit upon the same
Idea?

I had heard something like that, but I don't know specifics. I do know that Telecom Finland is very agressive in high tech. They are usually the first on the block with new toys. They've been doing VoIP for over a year now. Most other telco's won't start for another year.
