Considering that the stock recovered, and if it were not for the close of the market, just went down 3/16, I believe the bottom has been reached. Is going to be either dead money from now (see chart of WDC) or some major anouncement (merger, joint venture, major contract, another important executive) marks the end of this consolidation phase and the start of an uptrend like AAPL's.

On the other hand, forget about the P/E. Is irrelevant in this case. Look at P/CF and P/BV and if the company has enough liquidity to drive the boat through the right path.

Patience is a virtue... ask shareholders of DEC and UIS.
