Could you please share with me as to where you got the information that the new offering will hit the market immediately? I have been unable to find the offering date.

Consolidation and absorbtion of new offering will finish up Monday. Next week will close above 47.

Sorry, the offering has only been filed for. It hasn't yet happened so therefore can't be absorbed on Monday. This isn't to say that the stock won't go to 47, just that it won't for the reason you're saying it will.
