Well, they have surprised recently, I think Tom mentions that a few posts back. So my question is:

If their suppose to show 0.0 this quarter, and they report +.02, does that mean a 200% surprise?

The warrants are a non-cash charge, however there will be an earnings dilution since there are now more shares issued that earnings have to be spread over.
