"Motorola and friends can play for free now but they will pay the toll when they sell fram related product" Perhaps, but the question remains as to whom they will pay -- Ramtron or National Seimiconductor> I find it a bit disingenuous to say that the results of the patent litigation are years down the line and anyway we'll settle it with a royalty sharing agreement. How much will it cost to feed the sharks along the way?

Earlier, I asked Doug the identity of Mr. Mohr. I have been out of town for a couple of days, so the reason for being late in this repost from Doug. Probably, most of you knew the answer, but if you didn't here is Doug's reply. "Lou, I originally called to speak with Lee Brown. He was on vacation so they suggested I speak with Rich Mohr, Ex.V.P. & CFO. As a matter of fact, when I called, he was working on the next quarterly 10-Q. Mr. Mohr was also present at the last conference call, and presented the financial details which I had so much fun typing. Doug"
