.....Ira, I certainly hope that you have read the last two posts. .....My guess is that you (A friend or FAMH) have purchased the 300,000+ shares of ATXI, and that you are easily the captain, steering this merger. When you are in this position, a little deference and a little humility, with regard to the handling of ATXI management, can have a great impact on the success of such negotiations, even if you own all of their shares. There was no professionalism shown in the posts I read, on either side. If you are respectful, you will be respected. .....Fire the person writing your press releases! If it is you, stop writing them and obtain professional help, as they are making a very talented man look very foolish.
