Byron and all,

As I posted two days ago I decided to buy in to this pup. And already a small gain - very nice <g>. However, I've been reading the thread and have a couple of questions...one that I'm sure Byron can answer easily and another that may be a bit more difficult for the "team" here.

1 - How many shares was DGIV authorized to sell per the articles of incorporation. I've got a message into investor relations but things are heating up (apparenlty) and I could use this information this weekend. Also, what percentage of the company is being traded publicly?... Current valuation? I think I saw someone say 17.xM shares. What percentage do the corporate officers hold and how many more can DGIV issue?

2 - Technology. I see quite a bit of chat about the mm's and sqeezes and how, from a technical basis, these issues will push the stock higher - this is great. But, I've seen no dicussion of the underlying technology DGIV is using. Where are their points of presence and what equipment are they deploying in each POP? What gateway equipment (to the existing circuit switched network) are they deploying and do they have any contracts with these existing carriers (BT, AT&T, Sprint, MCI, Qwest, Williams, Cable and Wireless...etc.)? What is their business plan going forward?

Given the current valuation (at least the valuation I can see) I think DGIV is undervalued. As I said before the contracts they've tied up in Indo, Russia, etc.. are worth big bucks to the incumbent carriers. As these carriers expand the IP infrastructures they are just now begining to install DGIV will be well positioned to offer services, contracts, or simply agree to be acquired by one these larger carriers. Even so, for us to understand the possibilities (future potential valuation) I think a better understanding of the companies fundamentals would be helpful. Can anyone help me out.

Gary

BTW: Interesting to note you can't buy a share below 1.53. Guess I got in just in time and picked up a small chunk at 1.375. I'm willing to buy more but before I do I need to get a better handle on the company's business. Looking forward to chatting with you all and learning more!!!

DGIV was a $2 Reg D offering of about 500,000 shs to the public initially. The guy who sold my initial position to me has about 60,000 shs at well under a $1.He is looking for surprising earnings supported by accurate news releases and a steady flow of new information.Jimmy is a workaholic. His attorneys are in Houston at Greenway Plaza.
Some stock will be available on the way up because so many traders are happy with a point or less. However, the actual shs available for trading are few.
I am sorry that some folks use this thread as a vehicle to be insulting.I guess they think that they are hiding behind a cloak of anonymity because they are not using their real names. However, SI, who signed us all up,knows who we are and how to find us.A little courtesy is usually well received even when one is offering a contrary opinion. That said,I do hope that corpulent egos will take a back seat to factual discussions.

Who is DGIV's direct competitor?

My view is DGIV is providing the "best total solution" to emerging economies. They are "customer oriented". They satisfy the local telcos and governments needs/wants.

While DGIV has their own technology...they can get other technology if they need it.

While DGIV offers low cost Internet Telephony...it is not the key driver.

I don't see anyone else approaching the market quite the way DGIV is.

Who are some of the other innovators of internet?

Netscape 530M -1.20 eps

Yahoo 67M -.58 eps

AOL 1B +.10 eps

Believe it or not, DGIV has as much or more potential than the above IMHO

Just because some big Capital Venture company didn't fund them doesn't mean they don't have a great idea!!!
