quiet is right but your post is sure valuable.

I have been trying to figure out what is going to happen next week and the article you linked shed some light on the subject.

Coincident to Japan, I understand as of April 1, Korea's market is going to open to foreign investments at a much higher percentage than before. It is natural to assume that some Japanese money will flow into Korea Inc. Could this result in the badly needed capital to start a new round of cap exp for the semi industry again? Or is the yen going to flow into the US, driving up the already exuberant market the same way they did in Japan during the 80s?

Would someone please give me the answer?
