<<Can you get the most recent figures.>>

I don't know of a source. I might ask the Pfizer rep as that company might be interested in getting that info out. That is, if Pfizer even bothers to detail me. (See my previous post)

I suspect that scrip data won't get discussed much on the long thread. Fanatics want only positive news that correlates with their world view.

Mike,

I believe the way that all the institutions get their prescription data is through IMS America:

ims-america.com

Perhaps your local broker has access to the information you're looking for.

<<<I stay with my prediction of lower prices ahead for
VVUS.>>

Euphoria on the long thread is unbounded. Must be a lot of folks who bought in the low teens. Those that bought at thirty and forty aren't quite so happy but maybe they have moved on. In any case the fundamentals may not matter for a while as much the crowd psychology. If enough of them talk to each other they may convince themselves that 17 or 20 is a reasonable price. If that looks like the way it is going it may be worth a ride up but I would take a couple of points and bail out.

I saw the reference by TUNA that he bought Pfizer at the low of the day. Of course. He always buys at the exact low and sells at the exact high and practices medicine at the same time.(g)

Hey Guys,

will ya let me slum around here for a bit?

the guy who said it was short-covering on the rally to 12 3/4
was me.

and it was me who later on warned some eager-beaver ready
to load up the truck @ 12 that he ought to wait till it goes
back to 10, "because it always does" and yesterday i posted
there about "dead money" and the thread being a "support group."

flames high and wide.

OK, get to the quick. I saw Dale Russel's post saying that
dead money is dead money, long or short. HE IS RIGHT!

I can see you guys shorting at 12 1/2 last week, and covering
at 10 (tomorrow looks like) for a quick 20&, but does anyone
but Mike Dubis think it's worth shorting at 10 or the high 9s?
It's bounced off that support so many times i've lost count.

After all, they *did* sell $100 M of product in the first year,
and have a trailing PE of 10, and forward-looking estimate
of $2.91 EPS on Zacks. And the company had no debt at last
report.

Aren't you lonely over here with nobody to argue with?

Why don't you come back?

If anyone flames you, I'll put up a good fight in defense!
