Hi al! Yesterday I posted some very important questions regarding gathering information on Sid Kemp. It is my understanding that Mr. Kemp has taken over Naxos! It is for this reason I feel the need to find out more about Mr. Sid. I posed several questions to get the thread focused on this important issue. It is clear that the Dick fixation is gathering more steam however. I suggest we focus on the important issues of Naxos. Who is running the company is very important! In Looking over the Naxos Resources Ltd. Annual Report for 1996, I found little info on the board. I did find Sid Kemp being listed as a Director and member of the Audit Committee. It is my understanding the Mr. Kemp is a lawyer. In the notes to consolidated Financial Statements section section 8 item (b) we see legal fees of $191,316 (1995-$281,583;1994-$206,390) to a law firm of which a director is a partner. Is Mr. Sid Kemp this member? How is this different from Matt having his Father in on a J&L deal? Is this the same? or is it different? If different how is it different? As I stated in my post to Mark I have been told Sid is doing a great job! I need to know more about Mr. Kemps background and his qualifications. Can anyone give any true guidance in this matter, that is backed up with facts and not generalizations?
