Interesting yesterday-it seemed as if someone was trying to move the stock on a small trade to 4 cents. At the end of the day DS sold 1000 shares at 2 cents. .02x1000=$20. Someone is trying to keep the stock from a higher 12 to 1 reverse split. They would have actually lost money on the trade unless they trade for under $20 Canadian a trade.

Name Change and Consolidation approved by the VSE.

Effective at the open on Friday, May 29, 1998, the common shares of Pacific Galleon will be delisted and the shares of the new company PROSPECTOR INTERNATIONAL RESOURCES INC. will start trading.

The symbol will be PIR.

The shares are consolidated on a 12 old for 1 new share basis.
