AlienTech, don't think that RMBS success is guaranteed. You are right Tseng (now ATI) ET-6000 is using Mosys Rdram. But there's also SGRAM, used by ATI, TDDDF, Trident, SIII, nVidia, STM, Matrox and others. Currently the only real Rambus graf design is from CRUS which licensed this tech out to SIII. But SGRAM camp is not sitting idle, they have the SLDRAM/SLGRAM spec in place as an upgrade path. It's basically RMBS vs. SG/SDRAM. Winner is not yet announced.. regards CROSSY
