I found it a canada-stockwatch.com which says that
news was released after the market closed.

Type in GUEST, then go down to where it says......
Close prices, last bulletin, other info for multiple companies by symbol (free) and click type in symbol PYT which will say
something about the company being sponsored.

I guess the PYNG site wont have it up till Monday for they are at
the conference......(which ends Sunday) and also are off for the weekend.
