Hi Josef,

I am sorry to have been less than clear. As we all know and probably as the share price has demonstrated, Alydaar has broken even for 1997.

I think we all know that Alydaar's CFO alledgedly has great difficulty in reconciling the petty cash in Charlotte. Now those accountants on the thread know that if Alydaar is close to break even, a bun fight about revenue recognition is very material. i.e. a disagreement about the inclusion or exclusion of a contract can throw Alydaar into profit or loss.

By the way I should be coming to NY on the way to Winnipeg in July. Can we meet, with Texaco Mexx, as well.

Regards,

Del.
