I have read his comments in the globe and replied with info of my own regarding ORCTF. I wasn't trying to be negative regarding the window dressing comment. Only he said that he did not think the large increase in volume was end-of-quarter related and I sarcastically agreed. Because the stock did not perform well in the most recent quarter, it should not be actively traded for window dressing at the end of the quarter. In fact, my take on this whole deal is that there are large positions being traded prior to the onset of the next quarter at very cheap prices. Then big news comes (GTE win) and the MMs reap.
