Lets see, the US tax rate is easily over 50%, when you add just Fed, State and FICA. As for regulation, I am willing to bet that pound for pound, the US has more regulations than most. I guess you are saying that the US is a poor investment.

How about Germany, Sweden, Finland etc etc....?

Changing subject slightly. If the Japanese decides to stop financing the US national debt, I wonder what will happen to the US economy? Scary thought.
