The 4th Quarter numbers WILL be release on time.... the NT 10-K was simply a precautionary measure...

The delay was caused by the external auditors, not the company, however, the numbers will be filed on time.

Dear Ram: There is a major difference between qtly releases and annual releases. Qtly releases do not require outside accountant review (although it is a wise management who has their CPA's review before issuing) annual releases generally are not made until the outside accountants sign off on the numbers. Why, because it would be very embarassing to have to reissue results if CPA's differed. JDN
