Mark,

Thank you for your reply. And I'm glad that you're optimistic about DGIV. I am too.

But the fact that you have actually spoken with Mr. Chin is what drives me nuts about your question. Why didn't you ASK him? Or if you weren't aware of your question yet, then why don't you call back on the number where you first called and ask THEM?

That's what I'm trying to point out. How do you expect any of us to know the answer to your question? It seems like a simple enough question. So why don't you just call and ASK?

Thanks! Juanita

Mark C., you have my sincerest apology. My poor vocabulary selection
and egomania, regrettably puts my veritable foot in my mouth from time to time.

I am trully sorry, for the way I addressed you, without knowlege of your efforts.

I agree to an extent, however, I also understand that this company is undergoing some changes, which include moving, changing web page to reflect current goals/plans including a corporate history and hopefully providing a source of feedback and information requests.

Indeed there is a paucity of information that is readily available or accessible and this is one of their current goals along with increased
exposure on wall street.

Hi again Mark!

I always admire someone who answers things in a calm and rational manner when others are giving him a difficult time.....such as my "get off your duff" comment. <g>

I can see by your post that you have done a lot of your own due diligence and I can also see that you are simply questioning what you perceive as an oversight. To me it's no big deal, but I respect the right that you have to question it.

My only complaint is that now you've gotten me so tired of seeing your question that I'll probably get off my own duff this coming Monday and call and ask about it. I expect the answer to be very easy to explain, but I'll let you know what I find out.

Have a good weekend!

Juanita

Mark,I have Jimmy's direct office phone and extension. But investors are to presently contact the PR firm. When DGIV closes on the new office building then I am sure that your concerns will be satisfied. However,if he doesn't close then you may have a legitimate question .You are correct that real companies have phones, addresses,,staff and stationary. This stock is still in the speculation phase. If you believe in it then you must give it time to improve commensurate with cash flow.Right now Jimmy is the company. His fate is our fate and he is doing all of this work in pursuit of a dream he thinks will become reality. The late Albert Beutel started Intermedics from his house and Michael Dell started from his dormitory room at Univ. Texas/Austin. Carl Perkins wrote Blue Suede Shoes on the back of a brown paper bag.Ross Perot borrowed $2500 from his school teacher wife.Byron says that Jimmy has the technology and we all can see that he is energetic.I bought 5,000 shs on the ipo and now have 30,000.I intend to add 10,000 more and then wait and watch.I doubt if any of us have ever been in on the ground floor of something really big,but this could be our lucky lifetime pick.Be patient. Nervous hands destroy profits.

Not only no phone listing but my E-mail attempts were returned ''USER UNKNOWN'' . A bit scary if you want to invest significant $$$.
I like the DGIV story but is it only a story.
Has anyone ANYONE visited a DGIV office ???
THANKS I am a very long way away.
