Leroy, this is the latest SEC filings I could find, form SC-13G/a, which is an amendmant to form SC13G, a statement of beneficial ownership of common stock.
In this form, dated 2/13/98, Heartland Advisors Inc. of Wisconsin is
mentioned as an investment advisor that has ceased to be the beneficial owner of more than 5 percent of the common stock.

Other than that, Jerry Mathwig filed a form on 1/12/98 to purchase 5,000 more shares. At the time of the filing, he had 190,500 shares remaining. Other than that, a proposed sale by Shirley A & Cliffo of 100,000 shares resulting from the acquisition of Versa Link.

Personally, I don't think that Atrix is in a position to do much. I might be wrong, but there is not a plethora of companies on the OTC-BB's that have the financial strength to reverse merge with ATXI and meet the initial listing requirements as FAMH can. I'm sure there are some, but my point is not many.

Another interesting snippet, I found this on a search:
stock-talk.com

Wexford Capital looking for shareholders of ATXI?
