To All,

I just received this private email but was reluctant to put it
out because of the speculation - but since its already on the
table read on.

Dear Mr. Walsh,

I too am an investor in FAMH and have had some thoughts regarding the proposed merger that I am reluctant to post to the message board.
Some very interesting developments regarding FAMH. I must agree with your analysis of the situation. In addition, I think there are some clues regarding this matter in the Yahoo message board under ATXI, specifically posts 2,3,7,9,15,22 and 24. I wouldn't be surprised if this merger was brought forth by some large investors in ATXI, such as Jerry Mathwig, Heartland Advisory Group or Wexford Capital, without support of the current board or management.(note the comment regarding a recent 12% owner who was denied a seat on the board and the statement about Atrix's mission in post #24 - formed as a blind pool in 1989 to reverse merge or acquire growing profitable companies) While this may not be a hostile takeover, it could in-fact be forced by these investors. I can't imagine how this merger couldn't be in the best interest of the current shareholders of ATXI.

This could turn out to be a very shrewd move on the part of Ira, and I wouldn't be surprised that the clues given in previous news releases were all part of this plan. FAMH really has nothing to lose in this endeavor, and ATXI shareholders have everything to gain. I am more convinced than ever that we have a great leader for our company and I think that this will be a very profitable investment for all of us.
Good luck
========
Kevin

I agree with Redhead's last post. In-fighting at ATXI is what is going on here. And FAMH has nothing to lose.
I am,however, getting REALLY concerned that we have no proof of anything; Myriad, Financials, merger... There was a press release indicating a 28% growth for the month of february in their financing division, but again, where are financials? Someone previously mentioned they are a moot point now with this merger, so how much longer do we have to wait for any kind of proof?
