I agree, I think JBIL is a great buy at these prices. I had a broker try to get me in a few months ago when JBIL was in the 50's. I did trade in and out quickly as it didn't feel right. Glad I did.

I've been watching it now for several months and I think that the bad news (not that there was anything really bad) is over and JBIL is now positioned for a strong move up. I do think that this one can revisit the 40's within a relativley short period of time.

I'm not sure JBIL and SANM track. As the box makers continue to feel margin pressure, you can do an "on the one hand, on the other hand" analysis of the impact on ECMs - but short term answer not at all clear.

Why do you believe SANM will announce "blowout" earnings?

I'm not being argumentative here. I appreciate your willingness to back up your prediction with analysis. I'm very concerned about this sector and how it will react in the next few months. Thanks for your input.

Pierre

>>SANMINA expected to release blockbuster earnings due in couple of weeks. (I dont know the exact date but sometime in April<<

Hmm How can you say this when BAY didnt have such a blockbuster quarter? Also SANM has a P/E of 30.. With any cautious note, we can see SANM in the same price range as JBIL. At this point I would short SANM and buy JBIL since they are both depended on growing economy to expand and JBIL has the much lower P/E.

SANM reports around the 14th of april
