Everyone is telling me what a great job Mr. Sid is doing yet the past legal record of this company is in question concerning the trading and reporting issues. Why has Sid not cleared these up and if he can not why was he elected to take over? As acting head of Naxos he has the power to create more revenue for his legal firm as well. Other small firms may have the Attorney on the board but running the company is going to far! Yet we blasted Matt for a conflict of interest. I fail to see a true difference.
