Dear Mike: If you think that this stock is rising based strictly on the speculation of the approval and that their will be a dormant period of ramping up production and no increase in analyst following or upgrades by analysts then one would buy on the rumor and sell on the anticipation. If on the other hand you believe that analysts will jump on this once it has the approvals and will upgrade the valuations and target prices then one is better off holding it. But if your in for the turn sell before the news if you're satisfied with the runup.I cite PFE and the FDA approval of Viagran. The stock was just as high in anticipation of the approval as it was following. Tell me is this company going to disappear after a positive announcement or are they going to have a dramatic increase in revenues and profits? JF Dowd
