If this scenario with Wexford is true, then Ira has been working on this deal since at least mid January since that is when Wexford made that posting. I also doubt there are many shareholders in total for ATXI anyhow, since not one new shareholder or even lurker (who can get free access to SI now) has posted to the ATXI board... It seems like a company held by a few big hands.. I think more people post on FAMH on a single day then there are shareholders of AXTI. Just for curiousity can anyone post a URL a place to find total shareholders in a company? I know a few months ago I ran into a site that had that as part of their information but have lost the URL since then. Just watched a great NCAA game-- Mark
