.....John, it would appear that those who hold 5%, or more,(outside of the company) equal 48.46%. Ira has this information, so no doubt he has been negotiating with each of these holders.

.....All that is needed is for Ira to buy the shares he needs on Monday, come down from the mountain (like Moses) and vote the stock!

.....I have read all of the posts on Yahoo, most of the posts here, and I believe that this is all but a done deal. It would seem obvious that the shareholders are dissatisfied, and that the company is both losing sales, and running out of available funds to grow. If I were a shareholder, I would vote with Ira, any day.

.....It wouldn't be hard to sell the shareholders on the fact that Jerry Mathwig is the key to ATXI's future. Whether the old company is sold to him, or not, the other shareholders want new direction, and this guy's present company is larger than ATXI. I think he can get the job done.

.....This is beginning to look more like fun, even if it wasn't all that well handled. Monday will be very interesting!

John,

Interesting that on 02/13/98 Heartland Advisors filed a SC13GA to say that they no longer held >5% of shares, and yet the stock report dated 3/13/98 lists them as 8.80% holders! They must have bought back in and haven't yet filed again as Beneficial owners.

Stay in the Black! jimS
