Pr-Ac-Man, I agree, this is disturbing and I can only offer a few thoughts. First in regards to MZ posts' stopping. I had a feeling that Joe Murphy would "reel him in" after he made public comments on this board questioning the buyback. That was a big no, no. Joe Murphy made the right decision there. As Joe Murphy stated he has to be the voice of DCTC and he wanted no hype. Maybe he also interpreted some of MZs comments as hype. In regards to his brother selling, the timing also coincides with the WPC deal and the decision to sell CardCall as stated in the 10Q. One of my concerns with an M/A company is loyalty and morale. If a division knows they are on the "for sale" block one wonders what happens to the employees motivation and loyalty. Its tough to feel you are part of a bigger whole one day and then find out you will no longer be part of that whole. I've been there, it is not fun. From many of the comments in MZ's posts, I could tell he was very proud, as well as, defensive about CardCall. Maybe the idea of the eventual sale of CardCall did not sit well at all with him and/or his brother. So far all we know (for sure) is that CZ has sold. Insiders sell for a variety of reasons, but if the "pot of gold" is so close why sell? Disturbing indeed. Joe Medsker, if you read this could you please respond to something you wrote in your post #4027. You stated that MZ is not even a current employee of DCI. Could you explain his current relationship with DCI (if any) and his prior relationship when he was negotiating deals. Pr-Ac-Man, if you get a reply to your MZ e-mail, I would appreciate if you could post your thoughts on his response. Thanks in advance. Basketball awaits, I'm out of here. JJ
