PA,

I echo your sentiments -- I don't think it smells very good either. Let us know if you learn anything from MJZ. Maybe we should have been watching his fingers even more closely :-(.

I rememeber Joe Murphy saying once (to paraphrase) "Michael is not and never was an officer of this company". Does anybody know what his official title is (was)? I thought he headed M&A activity -- presumably as a VP. If he were a VP, wouldn't he have to disclose any selling?

Dan

Pr-Ac-Man,

I agree, this is disturbing and I can only offer a few thoughts. First in regards to MZ posts' stopping. I had a feeling that Joe Murphy would "reel him in" after he made public comments on this board questioning the buyback. That was a big no, no. Joe Murphy made the right decision there. As Joe Murphy stated he has to be the voice of DCTC and he wanted no hype. Maybe he also interpreted some of MZs comments as hype.

In regards to his brother selling, the timing also coincides with the WPC deal and the decision to sell CardCall as stated in the 10Q. One of my concerns with an M/A company is loyalty and morale. If a division knows they are on the "for sale" block one wonders what happens to the employees motivation and loyalty. Its tough to feel you are part of a bigger whole one day and then find out you will no longer be part of that whole. I've been there, it is not fun. From many of the comments in MZ's posts, I could tell he was very proud, as well as, defensive about CardCall. Maybe the idea of the eventual sale of CardCall did not sit well at all with him and/or his brother.

So far all we know (for sure) is that CZ has sold. Insiders sell for a variety of reasons, but if the "pot of gold" is so close why sell? Disturbing indeed.

Joe Medsker, if you read this could you please respond to something you wrote in your post #4027. You stated that MZ is not even a current employee of DCI. Could you explain his current relationship with DCI (if any) and his prior relationship when he was negotiating deals.

Pr-Ac-Man, if you get a reply to your MZ e-mail, I would appreciate if you could post your thoughts on his response.

Thanks in advance. Basketball awaits, I'm out of here.

JJ

Please post what you receive back from the company PAC. I agree with you 110%

This is ridiculous.

Especially this you found: "I noticed that MZ's last posting was February 19th, the day after his brother concluded his selling."

When I first invested in DCTC MZ had been posting over and over.. on a daily basis.. all positives. Then right at the end he questioned Joe and his strategy and at that point I thought Joe M censored him.. but now apparently we see why he REALLY stopped posting.

Also if Michael Z was SO high on this company (and his brother posted here a few times too!) why can't HE wait another 6-9 months for the big buyout? And that 500% return. I know it has been stated he has shares from .20 so he is sitting on (or was) a 1000% return, but just imagine ALL those share at $10+? Why cant you sit less than a year to become an instant millionare. Something smells.

Also Joe Medsker, it seems you know he was eliminated from the company, why didnt you feel it appropriate to tell us earlier? Also, Grupo you sounded very much a supporter of the "great work" and "integrity" of MZ.. (I think I remember you met the man?) whats going on here? All these people on the thread are so close to Joe Murp, yet no one feels it fit to share this sort of info on our public discussion board?? I was wondering why all the sudden one day he had stopped posting but I assumed it was because Joe Murphy had told him to stop posting.
Dont take this personally Joe Medsker or Brad but from the postings it seems like you 2 have very long time dealing with Joe Murphy and DCTC and thats why I pointed at you 2 for sharing such info.

Confused and Peeved,
Mark
