10KSB and ROTH IRA Hi Scott, I'll talk about the ROTH IRA latter in this posting. You may be right about the 10k. FYE 12/31/97 numbers have been released, so it can't be that. Could be some thing in the forward looking statements, could be a change in the class of trade section. I think it may have been a seller who got tired of waiting and threw in the towel. Notice that the selling happened on the way up and not down.as of two 0'clock today it was unchanged. If the stock is to recover it will hit selling pressure spots on the way up. In any case I disagree with your .50 call . I think that any correction from here would find support at 1.00. ROTH IRA found out today from IRS that any roll overs into a ROTH this year is legal only so long as your adjusted gross income for tax year ending 12/31/1998 is under 100K . who can see into the future? if people who rolled over aren't careful IRS will hit them with a 10% fee for early withdraw ( Marcie I don't mean that kind of early withdraw) , full tax due on IRA value in 4/99 and an IRA worth zero .
