Dave, I just recently in the past few days subscribed to the Inside Trader and bought some of the Units. Big spender, here... grin. My main reason for subscribing was to find extended data on Largo Vista. Well, because it is not yet filing with the SEC we are not finding what we want. IE who owns what and how much. I was just a little disappointed in the subscription. Maybe, I am doing something wrong, but on the subscribers menu I can only search by symbol. I have always used this as a tool for mining out "possibilities" so I find myself resorting to the public free stuff. The things you are finding relate to an employee who filed and has sold some of his free shares. I do think he may be sorry but that is JMO. When something is given for free there is not nearly the value placed on it as if it were bought with hard earned assets. As soon as a company becomes a filing company I believe it will be covered in the form 4 information. Hope this helps.
