From what I have seen of EUTO is it is a momo (momentum) stock.

Whenever news comes out ( purported to be Mon/Tues) she skyrockets and then settles down. If you own it for sub pennies try the BTS method. Next time she runs up, sell a portion of your shares equivalent to your initial investment. Whatever is left over is "free shares". Your broker will show you still have an "investment/basis" in the stock for accounting purposes.

BUT, lets say you invested $500 in EUTO. you sell a portion of that and get a profit of $500. Whatever shares you now own are free!!!

Get it?
