TO: ALL FAMH THREAD PARTICIPANTS!!!! In efforts to attempt to stop a potential situation from developing ( which in my opinion has more than significantly crossed the line of decency and fair play)----I thought its prudent that I share something I noted recently on another thread. From what I could tell I read a posting from Little Engine to another thread participant that has been in my opinion a pillar of strength and support on this thread! In my view, I found it once again a reinforcement that LE is now not only attempting to bash FAMH, but has now in my opinion, started a personal attack on selected individuals from this thread! I also found it interesting to note that the only time recently that LE has posted on another thread was to ( in my opinion) make a reference towards someone's private and personal business! If LE is reading this posting, I do hope that you are aware that by personally attacking decent and good people on this and other threads , in my opinion you are attacking all of us that happen to share their compatable views! I would suggest that you think very seriously whether you really want to start a situation that may at some point get out of your control! Since you do not see the need to share any personal information that has been asked of you! Why do you feel that there should be two sets of rules, when it comes to you. As it seems to be make a guess day? My opinion is that Little Engine, is a female! Not a bad guess! Eh??? Don't attempt to start something that you will not be able to finish! I would suggest that you do not continue to attempt to try to stalk or bash individuals or their investments! In my opinion you have crossed a line! Watch your step! Ma'am!!!!-----from my personal experiences it can be a cruel world out there when you wake up sleeping giants! ( But! Of course just my own personal opinion!) Best Regards, Wayne J.

PP, I don't hold any ATXI stock so my advice is meaningless for those of you who do. I will say that selling either of these two stocks is absurd at this point. Hold tightly to both of them until news does come out. ATXI people may not have a choice because the stock was halted and FAMH may be as well on Monday. This will let cooler heads prevail until the details become known. If your not under the gun to sell I'd say hang in there. That way the MM'S don't make out and no one loses out. The MM's are going to be dropping the BID on both of them when they do open. But if no one sells into it, then a buying spree should follow. They know people are nervous and will try to exploit it. Don't fall for it. These penny stock traders have a herd mentality. I'm holding tight. If you sell now your only hurting yourself and other shareholders. If you gotta sell then try to hold out for a good price. But, do what you have to do - don't follow the herd. FAMH shareholders hold about 50 percent of the float. If we hang tuff who knows we could go up on this whole thing. That is what I'm expecting. Kevin
