NN and Siemens will definitely stick together, though I don't think Siemens would
buy them unless as a defensive move. As for where ASND plays into the equation,
I haven't a clue. I'll leave that to those who know both companies better than I.

They are stuck. The vaunted, yet not released Newbridge 36190 is actually made by Seimens. I'm surprised that not too many people know this.
