For all,

I'm just going to clear up what I considered a fishy transaction. This, IMO, is not that big of a deal and I still think Par is probably on the up and up.

The whole thing revolves around the BWAI transaction. From looking at the most recent 10-k, I came to the conclusion that Par was a director of BWAI when it was purchased by Osicom. I'm not sure if Par received any money from this transaction or any benefits at all. For all I know, it was a wonderful transaction for Osicom and Par did a great acquisition job of finding this company for Osicom. Either way, being a CEO of a company and purchasing another company that you're a director of seems a little fishy.

I may be wrong on these points above. I don't mean to spread rumors or innuendo and this is all good faith information I've gathered. I still have faith in the future of Osicom and their new products. I just thought I'd clear up what much of the Bearon's article and other publications subject matter was about.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, all!

Grant
