Why do people keep harping on the outstanding shares?
As long as they won't get in the float, this stock can make a good move up. That is what we are after. I can think of many stocks
with large amounts of outstanding shares that can move well,
and many have less going for them fundamentally. So move on
if it does not meet your criteria.

89% of shares are held by insiders. Could the stock go up 73% on Friday, with only million plus shares traded if the float were 270 million?
