Bellvie, I'll respond...

I won't sell on a dip because I plan to hold LU through
the very long term and use it as retirement insurance. If
there's a good dip, I'm buying. I love dips in stock like this.

Varies by individual situation, of course, but I simply can't
think of any reason to sell (and donate cash to the IRS).
