Projects: NorAm Gaming Announces Joint Venture Agreement and the Unfair advantage Recently NRAG has entered into a joint venture with " World Touch Gaming " for the development, marketing and installation of the electronic bingo system, known to NorAm shareholders through previous news releases, as the Auto Caller 2000 ''Winner Takes All'' system. Conservative revenues for this year are estimated around $21,000,000 . There is much potential with the Indian Gaming and Casinos , among others. There is a show in Orlando the weekend of 28th of June 1998 where this game will be debued . The unfair advantage is this electronic game upgrades the already existing games !!! This is project information from their recent 10k Vaprel Equipment In 1997, the Company obtained the rights of exclusive distributorship in North America for the sale of bingo and gaming equipment manufactured by Vaprel, of Valencia, Spain. Vaprel, known as the world leader in the manufacturing and sales of 90# bingo equipment and other high quality products for the bingo industry, intends to introduce 90# bingo to the North American market during 1998, through NorAm and the network of distributors that the Company intends to set up. South American Gaming Interests The Company has been part of a Joint Venture project for the installation of Video Lottery Terminals ("VLT") on behalf of the State of Cojedes, Republic of Venezuela. At this time, the installation of the machines has been delayed due to a problem regarding the proper custom code for the VLT's. The Company is also currently in negotiations with various South American States for the installation and marketing of traditional paper lottery systems. The Company expects to have at least one paper lottery in operation before the end of the third quarter of 1998. The Company is simultaneously continuing its efforts to have the proper identification included in the Venezuela Customs Code for the future importation of the VLT's. Internet Bingo The Company currently is not active in an effort to engage in Internet Bingo, although, the Company does have a long range plan to enter the Internet Gaming market within the next two years. Conclusion: This is a real company !!!! Shareholders have visited the Corporate Office. Strong management makes this thing chug right along and things are starting to come to fruition . NRAG has little or no PR which makes it a sleeper IMHO , and Wall Street has yet to discover this gem. The right product at the right time ( Indian Casinos feeling Government pressure ) along with the other projects moving forward makes this a compelling story.
