$46 today! Wow, people are really scared of a deflationary vortex and Asian contagion.

I suppose there is nothing to stop the Dow dropping to 7500 and taking Qualcomm along with it. Looks like some bargain shopping coming up for those with cash.

SI CDMA & QUALCOMM Board(s) Trivia

Maurice,

On April 9, 1996, with QCOM at $2.48 (split adjusted) you founded this board shortly after joining SI and I started lurking and looking over your shoulder(s) shortly after even though I hadn't yet coughed up my SI membership fee. A week or so later you stated ...

OOpps! Now I see why a new thread is bad; they ditch the old one after a week of disuse. All our good historic info for newcomers has gone!

SI founder Brad Dryer commented one hour later ...

All subjects get archived. Because of a miscalculated overlap, there was a few hour period in which the old CDMA subject disappeared. It's fixed now... You can jump to the subject from here if you type /Subject-2604 after /investor on the line at the top of your browser. ... so it looks like ...

Was there another SI QUALCOMM and CDMA board before this one that was in existence for a week or so?

If there is/was another one is it accessible?

This has bugged me for awhile.

Shortly after Bob took over ownership and became chief code jockey I PMed him to see if that subject was still accessible. He never responded and I didn't bug him again because I knew he was extremely busy.

Any insight greatly appreciated and a belated thanks for founding this board.

Cheers,

- Eric -
