You see I will be cursed by touching Nirvana and then lose it when the meal is finished. You will sleep the sleep of the blessed knowing Nirvana will be yours for eternity. And then I will be tormented further. I am sure you have heard of the stunningly beautiful courtesans Yu May and Won Sum. Not one but both of them will come to my bed tonight and I will be driven to the greatest of pleasures almost beyond all human endurance. So while you are with your fat wife with no figure I will again taste Nirvana only to lose it and know that my life of pleasure will mean I will be denied it in the end. Do you understand now?" "The Master is indeed making a number of things clear." "I am glad you are understanding for while I live a life of great wealth and boundless pleasure it is transient and surely it is you who are touched by the gods to live in your squalor and poverty." Later the Master Chu Mei Ash was to say it was a great failure to him that the young man failed to see how the gods had touched him and he instead became a fearsome and noted short. This failure did not however keep him from paying the young student a large amount of gold for information about the inner most secrets of the Sake company where he worked and then joining him in a huge short just before the company lost 50% of its value in the market. As for the young student when asked why he had forsaken the touch of the gods to become a short he replied that if the gods did not want him to short they would make him stop.
