I'm not aware of the availability of short positions on the net. You might try Quote.yahoo.com - The information is available in todays Financial Post - usually the third Saturday of every month.

Short positions can be obtained at Canada Stockwatch

They update the short positions every two weeks or so.
They also provide insider trading info which is very useful.

You might have to try the 30 day trial membership to have access to these options.
