Dave, I will be HOLDING, way too many unknowns for now. I need to expound on the halt thing a little, but I don't want to cause any more jitters than we already have. As I think thru it though I know if it's halted, it will be before the Monday bell and fear or dread will make no difference. So here goes. A halt can be the kiss of death to companies that are only mildly on shaky ground. Most halts last 10 days minimum, if all is clear, they resume trading on the 11th day. During this period they examine the immediate cause of the halt then they backtrack, pr by pr, SI and yahoo posts, financials, and all material facts re: the company. Of course, this all takes time and thus the 10 day allowance. And it's not like the SEC has a surplus of experienced investigators to dedicate to this issue alone. We're a 60cent BB, probably not high on their list of priorities. ATXI might cry foul also as to why they were halted and not FAMH. That could be a problem in itself, after all, FIRAMADA wrote the release. Something very strange is happening in that it was, or seems so, only seconds from the time of the release til the halt on ATXI. I might be wrong on that. We have to hope that the parties have at least come to the conclusion that it is in everyone's best interest to get out a solid, mutually signed or dual press release before the bell Monday and see how the SEC responds to it. rick with too many eggs in one basket freezing his *ss of in southern Ca
