zj, Why would they want to do that? LVLT left Omaha due to the inability to recruit top notch people to the area. Being as how most stock will be held initially by compatriots or former compatriots, why would you want to decrease their holdings right out of the box? Wouldn't it be easier to just sell off huge blocks of stock at below market? I am betting the stock hits the NASDAQ at current BB listing. I just can't see it any other way. It's too late to punish the guy who posted shares to the BB in the first place. He already drives new Mercedes Benz's in demolition derbys (and wins too!). CW
