OK folks, let's get a few things straight.

RNTK's technology can be retro-fitted to TX's gasification system at a significantly lower cost than building a whole new plant. It can then deal with "refinery bottoms" and leftover gases and create more valuable liquid hydrocarbons.

Yakabson has been reassigned a larger room at a different time to deliver his address to the conference. I think this has a little significance, but it all depends on how many and who shows up to watch and listen. There are 4 rooms that have lectures going every 30 minutes. People can pick and choose what they are interested in.

The S-3 has 18 million shares listed in it, but if you read it carefully you will find that the Preferred A's & B's account for 13.2+ million of those shares. The A's have been sold, but none are available for redemption and the B's only have a warrant on them and may never be redeemed. RNTK can buy out the warrants if they choose to (and who wouldn't at this point?).

The big question being asked of SLHO/Syntroleum is if they can deliver what they are promising? Read the SLHO thread and you will see that their own shareholders are questioning this themselves.

My big question has been "If Syntroleum's process is still in the developemental stage and they have yet to produce a drop of product from a commercially viable plant, how can they be signing all of these licensing agreements with everyone?" The answer I get is: "We have no idea."

RNTK plans to license its technology to companies and receive a licensing fee and royalties on production of goods. RNTK has no plans (to my knowledge) to build, staff, or pay for the construction of any plants, hence, they will not need large amounts of capital for these things.

We need to be patient and allow events to unfold at their proper pace. We are all lucky (IMHO) to be in the right place at the right time.

GO RNTK!! G.Scott
