Can someone please tell why, if this stock is SO bad and the management SO corrupt, how come it's at $.56 a share and a little over a month ago it was at $.18 a share? As with all stocks, it is perception. Joe PTG&LI !!!

i think monday will be the day we will know if the financials are legit. with tue. being the 31st the word will be out monday ,if the stock moves down early with high vol. start to worrying. but if the stock takes off with high vol. on the plus side,i think we know its legit & it will be one FINE week$$$$$$$$$$$$

The short answer is the bunch of press releases issued by the company in that time frame. Thinking the rise in price shows some type of strength in the stock is faulty logic at best. Time will tell the true value of the stock. Actually a little less than a month ago the stock was at 1.75. Using your logic, it appears to be in a great deal of trouble, except I know that's just as silly a statement as yours was. Look at the releases in that time frame, they truly appear to have one purpose and one purpose only(especially the 23rd and 24th). I still don't understand how they can claim $39 Mill in 1997 revenues when they acquired the company on Dec 31. I was told they can, but everyone knows they don't have dollar one of those revenues. But maybe I'm confused. There's your answer and I'm sure many won't like it and will think I'm an evil shorter, but that doesn't make it any less true.
