I honestly have no idea about what may happen to IPIC and/or its stock price. I still think there is a fair chance they will go out of business. However, good news on Citicoline may bring the price up. If so IMO you should get out on the hype generated. I feel sorry about your situation.

suggest you check the Yahoo boards .They are much more active and give you a better
insight on the future of IPIC.General consensus leans more to the upside.
