Mike,

The merger with the Patriot group would triple the size of BANY and put the 3 million dollar sales projection within reach. BANY does have sales expansion programs underway for the DoubleCase product line, and I think it is safe to say that hardcases are the key to future growth of the company. I think that's where the expanding markets and profits are.

The synergies of a merger like this are what will drive the value of the company up....and fire up future growth. Existing sales will more than triple, which is nice. Patriot has solid sales relationships and growing sales of their Universal speaker mount with LabTec. Patriot also has two additional products that are similar in nature, soon to be introduced. Should this merger be completed .......I think it will be very positive.

Beyond the immediate effects......I think BANY could begin cross selling into existing sales channels. DoubleCase products could be sold through Patriot sales channels, while Patriot products could be sold through DoubleCase sales channels. I also belive that a few sales and management people would be coming over from the Patriot group...which would be a very positive thing going forward. These folks have OEM sales experience. Building the company is the name of the game.

I don't know when, or even if this merger will take place....but I very much hope it does...I can see upside for both parties. I don't think the impact it would have is reflected in the stock price....at all. I wish BANY the very best in getting this deal done. Not to hype....but it would change everything.

ps. Anyone like Utah yet? Geesh!....Easy money. Utah has now crushed Arizona and North Carolina. Take the Utes again. They are for real. They will beat Kentucky.
