If there was a Texaco buyout, it would be interesting hear ideas on how that works. Not hype. Possibilities.

Doug--I thought that Rentech had been scheduled to talk the following day for a much longer time in front of 400 analysts. Any comment on that and are you sure that "The Worm" is 100% correct in his information to you? We have alot at stake here. Jan

Following the Bloomberg conference in NYC this past Oct/NOv, Yacobson was interviewed in a follow-up. He stated that RNTK and TX are pursuing an agreement where RNTK would have an interest and TX would have an interest. Sounds like a joint venture to me. In my opinion, RNTK would provide the technlogy and TX would provide the marketing power and financial support. I would not be surprised if a token equity stake was made in RNTK.
