Bank Financing will bite deeply into the cash reserves....I suspect that lenders will only do 70% (maybe 80%)and the best way to go would be with a fixed rate which should come in somewhere around 9%....30% down would be $750,000....therefore, the remaining $1,750,000 at 9% amortized over 10 years would have annual payments of $266,019.... I haven't been able to find much on Drake Business Schools and nothing relating to their financials....therefore I cannot comment how much of the announced numbers will really be reflected in future bottom lines of TASA....

I am a bit puzzled by the move into this area.....I am not really a fan of being multi-focused....I think the most successful enterprises do one thing really, really well....whether teaching kids how to read and comprehend and teaching adults skills for the workplace are different sides of the same coin remains to be proven to me....

As an investor, I am patient and will wait and see how all of this comes together...after all, Berkshire Hathaway, goes from clothing to candy and they are quite successful....
