Jay, did you notice that almost every company that prewarned or failed to meet earnings this quarter blamed "the Asian problem". So when it's so obvious that you can't blame Asia, blame weather? I'm waiting for the Reg S explanation? Maybe that has to do with Asia? <VBG> I would caution anyone that is thinking of buying here to first find out the details of the Reg S. The company should be sensitive enough to the issue of a Reg S for investors (potential for "floorless" convertible debentures) and should have provided details if there was nothing to hide. If you don't understand "floorless" convertible debentures, find out for the safety of your personal wealth. I'm not saying that there is anything wrong here, just find out. This stock does have a pattern developing IMO.
